Whitney Morgan Block, MSN, CPNP, FNP-BC

Whitney Morgan Block, MSN, CPNP, FNP-BC is a proud co-founder of the National Allergy Center.

Whitney joined the team at the Stanford University’s Sean N. Parker Center for Asthma and Allergy Research as the lead nurse practitioner in 2013, where multi-allergen food desensitization with and without omalizumab (Xolair) was pioneered.  She was the lead clinician on the first phase 2 research trials studying Xolair in conjunction with oral immunotherapy for multiple allergens simultaneously. In this role, Whitney worked with patients and colleagues to develop and optimize protocols for multi-food oral immunotherapy and co-authored trial results in addition to many other research publications.  In January 2016, she established the food allergy treatment program at the Asthma and Allergy Medical Group of the Bay Area in Walnut Creek, CA. The increasing prevalence of food allergies and patient interest made Whitney realize the enormous unmet need for this therapy worldwide. In pursuing her passion to help children overcome food allergies and create more happy childhoods, Whitney felt compelled to open the National Allergy Center and began treating patients with state of the art food allergy therapies. Whitney is expanding the National Allergy Center to offer this life changing therapy across the country.
